Deeper into the countryside we arrive at the Villa El Clos. This lovely cottage is situated outside the old town of Pollensa in a very pretty area known as the Colonya Valley just a 10 minutes drive to the historic town of Pollensa. It is a relaxing villa with lovely mountain views and a nice garden.

Inside, the design is totally traditional with some modern touches, terracotta tiles, wooden floors and also wooden beamed ceiling. The large front covered terrace leads into the lounge dining and open kitchen, this totally equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. The lounge has two sofas and it is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player.

Wooden stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, ideal for older children or couples. A corridor gives access to the rest of the bedrooms, one twin and one double which both have sloping roofs that gives the house a cosy atmosphere. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and wooden floors. The gardens and pool are very well presented, surrounded by palm, lemon and fig trees plus many other small plants and flowers such as cacti and roses. There are mountain views on the distance. This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.

A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of two twin and two bathrooms (one of them is en suite). One of the bedrooms have a mezzanine area with a single bed.

Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished. There is a large covered terrace running around one side of the house, with lots of outdoor furniture and a separate built in barbecue ideal for al fresco meals. The apartment Jordieta is a lovely and modern apartment situated in a residential area of Port Pollensa. The building is not far from the lovely little beaches of the well known Pinewalk area.
