Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. The house has been renovated into a lovely holiday home, is full of space, light and comfortable. It has fantastic views across the country, it is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday away from the busy resorts.
The house is on two levels with large and airy rooms, white walls and a good combination of different styles of décor. The main entrance opens into the large dining area which has a large solid wooden table with plenty of seats for 12 people. Two steps are giving access to the large lounge area with high beamed ceilings, it has plenty of sofas and comfortable easy chairs, a real place for total relaxation. From the dining area a few steps are going down to a large double bedroom with an antic bed, this room has been converted from stables to a bedroom and has access to the exterior of the house. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

Villa Negri I a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the roomÂ’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. This welcoming villa has been beautifully designed, and it is located off the main road just at five minutes walk to the historical old town of Pollensa.

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.

A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of two twin and two bathrooms (one of them is en suite). One of the bedrooms have a mezzanine area with a single bed.

Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished. There is a large covered terrace running around one side of the house, with lots of outdoor furniture and a separate built in barbecue ideal for al fresco meals. There is a lawn area with a prefab swimming pool which is available for the clients use and a bonus with those clients with small children as the pool is raised and can only be accessed via an adult.

Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.

All the apartments have sea view except one, they also have three bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles that can share bathrooms or have its en suite ones. The apartments also share a lovely swimming pool.
The apartments are full or modern design, bright and with white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral trendy colours. The rooms are all light and bright; most of them have wardrobes and are air conditioned.
The leaving areas are most open with well planned kitchens with lots of workspaces and storages and with appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ceramic hobs and large fridge freezers. The seating areas are furnished very modern too and are totally equipped with sofas, coffee tables, flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player plus a CD player. Double doors lead out onto long terraces which are also equipped with exterior furnishings such as a wood table and chairs. There are superb views onto the fantastic beach of Cala Molins with its lovely mountains and backdrops.
There is roman style swimming pool is a great bonus, it is surrounded by sun terrace and it has plenty of sun lounges around it. Each apartment has its own parking space at the back of the complex although cars can be also easily parked along the street.
These are great apartments for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. All the bars, shops and restaurants of Cala San Vicente are within a few minutes walk from the complex. The sea is just a two minutes walk away too. Not suitable for disabled people.

Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with astonishing views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty five luxury semi-dettached villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels.

The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace, which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. Can Collet Vell is a beautiful converted house situated in a peaceful countryside just at 15´minutes drive to the old town of Pollensa. The property has lots of traditional Mallorcan features and furnishings, and it is surrounded by olive grove and mature gardens. It has lovely views towards the Serra de Tramontana mountain range.

A simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. Can Oliver is a good base for a holiday, it is just located at the back of the main rood between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. Villa Madona is a simple Majorcan house situated just 500 metres to the centre of the pretty village of Buger. The villa was built in two levels, on the ground floor there is a lounge area with a fire place and rocking chairs. From here a door leads onto a large dining area with a solid dark wood table and chairs, from here another door gives us access to a lovely fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space and totally equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge freezer. Private town house just on the top of El Calvari.
That house is situated on the top of the Calvario hill, which has the best views of the old town of Pollensa. The house has the pool on the high ground of the garden. And the place it is a very quiet area and is perfect for families with children. The picturesque countryside around Pollensa is a colourful mixture of fertile fruit orchards and lightly wooded glades, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Mallorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself. To the north the shores of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are fringed with kilometres of golden sand with water sports and ideal sun bathing for the more relaxing holiday. Both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa offer a good selection of restaurants and cafés.

Pollensa is one of the most atractive town of the island. For some reason it is the preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of last century. There are a lkot of art galleries and beautiful handicraft shops. During nearly all the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events, among which the most important one its placed in the Santo Domingo cloister.
